Digitalisasi Layanan Rawat Jalan Melalui Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web di RSI Siti Hajar Mataram

Outpatient registration services at RSI Siti Hajar Mataram were still managed manually, resulting in inefficient data processing, difficulties in managing medical records, and delays in report generation. This study aims to develop a web-based Outpatient Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of outpatient administrative services. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The application was implemented using PHP and MySQL, while system functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical records, payment processing, and reporting into a single web-based application. Furthermore, the system improves data management, reduces recording errors, and accelerates administrative processes. Therefore, the proposed system can support the digital transformation of healthcare services and enhance the quality of outpatient administration at RSI Siti Hajar Mataram
