Hubungan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Petugas Instalasi Farmasi di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Yakkum Surakarta

Kinerja petugas instalasi farmasi berperan penting dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Salah satu faktor yang diduga memengaruhi kinerja adalah motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja petugas Instalasi Farmasi di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo YAKKUM Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 petugas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki motivasi kerja dan kinerja dalam kategori baik. Namun, analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja petugas instalasi farmasi (p = 0,729; r = 0,060), dengan arah hubungan positif dan kekuatan korelasi sangat lemah. Disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja bukan merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja petugas instalasi farmasi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kinerja perlu mempertimbangkan faktor lain, seperti kepemimpinan, beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan dukungan organisasi.
