This study employed a literature review of national and international publications (2020–2025) on postpartum contraception promotion and counseling strategies. The review found that adaptive education, media-based counseling, healthcare provider training, and improved service access in an integrated approach effectively enhance maternal knowledge and interest, expand service coverage, and contribute to reducing maternal and infant health risks. Contextual strategies and strengthening healthcare provider capacity are key to program</p> <p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Strategy, Promotion, Counseling, Contraception, Postpartum</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Strategi promosi dan konseling kontrasepsi pasca persalinan merupakan upaya penting untuk meningkatkan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) serta menurunkan kehamilan tidak direncanakan, mendukung capaian kesehatan nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review terhadap publikasi nasional dan internasional (2020–2025) terkait strategi promosi dan konseling KB pasca persalinan. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa edukasi adaptif, konseling berbasis media, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, dan peningkatan akses layanan secara terintegrasi terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat ibu, memperluas cakupan layanan, serta berkontribusi pada penurunan risiko kesehatan ibu dan bayi.
