LITERATUR REVIEW: HUBUNGAN HOST DAN ENVIRONMENT DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT MENULAR
Abstract
Infectious diseases are still a public health problem that causes high morbidity, mortality and disability so that it needs to be addressed. In developing countries like Indonesia, the problem of infectious diseases is still a routine problem every year because it often causes Extraordinary Events (KLB) so that it becomes a burden for the government and misery for the community. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using a literature review study design. The results of the literature review state that there are nine journals that state that environmental factors are related to the incidence of infectious diseases such as TB, DHF and ISPA. While the host factor there are ten journals that state that host factors such as education, knowledge, immunization history, smoking behavior and exclusive breastfeeding are closely related to the incidence of infectious diseases. Host and environmental factors greatly influence the incidence of infectious diseases such as TB, ARI, and DHF. The environment that influences the incidence of infectious diseases includes poor ventilation, high density of housing, and low lighting. Meanwhile, from host factors such as a person's knowledge of environmental cleanliness, education level, immunization history, exclusive breastfeeding and smoking behavior.
