License & Copyright

Aspiration of Health Journal (AOHJ) allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and allows the author(s) to retain publishing rights without restrictions. AOHJ adopts the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) or an equivalent license as the optimal framework for the open publication, dissemination, application, and reuse of scholarly health sciences research.

In developing strategy and setting priorities, AOHJ recognizes that free access is better than priced access, libre access is better than free access, and libre under CC BY-SA or the equivalent is better than libre under more restrictive open licenses. We should achieve what we can when we can. We should not delay achieving free in order to achieve libre, and we should not stop with free when we can achieve libre.

Aspiration of Health Journal (AOHJ) is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Under this license, you are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

  • The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

  • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

Copyright without Restrictions

The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and will retain publishing rights without restrictions.

The submitted papers are assumed to contain no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application; responsibility for scientific, clinical, and technical content and for the protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their affiliated institutions and is not the responsibility of the AOHJ Editorial Board or LPPM Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Aspirasi. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the manuscript has been reviewed and approved by all co-authors. It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to obtain all necessary ethical clearances, patient consents, and copyright permissions for any copyrighted materials (such as figures, tables, or instruments) included in the manuscript prior to submission.
