Electronic Filing

1. Digital Preservation To ensure the long-term preservation and security of all published articles, PRIMER: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin utilizes distributed digital archiving systems. We are committed to the permanent availability of our scholarly content.

• PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): The journal utilizes the PKP PN to digitally preserve published articles, ensuring that the content remains accessible even in the event of systemic journal downtime.

• LOCKSS and CLOCKSS: This journal supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and repositories. This allows those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

• National Repositories: All published metadata and full texts are regularly deposited and indexed in the Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) portal and other relevant national databases.

2. Self-Archiving Policy PRIMER fully supports authors' rights to self-archive their work. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published version (Publisher's PDF) of their articles in their institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu) immediately upon publication. Authors must appropriately acknowledge the original source of publication by providing a link to the published article on the journal's website, including the official Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

3. Electronic Submission System All manuscript submissions, reviews, and editorial correspondence must be filed electronically through our Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. We do not accept manuscript submissions via email or hard copy. The OJS platform serves as our secure, centralized electronic filing system, maintaining a complete digital paper trail of the entire editorial workflow from initial submission to final publication.
