Focus and Scope

PRIMER: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin is a scientific publication platform dedicated to disseminating ideas, thoughts, and research findings from various scientific backgrounds. As a journal in the General Works and Multidisciplinary category, PRIMER focuses on the integration of multiple disciplinary approaches to explore, analyze, and solve empirical, theoretical, and practical issues of broad relevance.

This journal provides an open platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to engage in cross-disciplinary discussions. We accept various forms of scientific works, including research papers, review papers, case reports, case studies, book reviews, as well as works adapted from theses and dissertations.

To support the general works category, the scope of this journal is inclusive, covering but not limited to the following areas of study:

Humanities and Social Sciences: Sociology, anthropology, psychology, history, law, communication studies, language, literature, and cultural studies.
Education: Learning innovation, curriculum development, educational management, elementary to higher education, and educational technology.
Religious Studies and Philosophy: Theological studies, ethics, religious thought, as well as philosophy of science and applied philosophy.
Economics, Business, and Management: Accounting, economics, business management, entrepreneurship, public policy, and development economics.
Engineering and Technology: Software engineering, computer science, information systems, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and applied technological innovation.

Cross-Disciplinary Studies: Research that explicitly combines two or more fields of study (e.g., techno-economics, educational psychology, health informatics) to generate new insights and solutions.
